Feeling stuck?
Every founder hits that wall: Revenue’s steady. The team’s busy. But the energy’s gone.
You don’t need another tactic. You need a reset.
Here are 7 questions to help you get moving again – the same ones I use with clients who feel trapped in their own success.
When your business feels stuck, it’s rarely a problem of effort.
It’s a problem of clarity.
Start here:
- What part of the business drains me the most right now?
If it’s energy you’re missing, look for what’s stealing it. You can’t grow a company that exhausts you. - What would I do differently if I were starting this business today?
This question exposes habits you’ve outgrown and systems that no longer serve you. - Where am I still the bottleneck?
Most 7-figure entrepreneurs plateau because everything still runs through them. Delegation isn’t about letting go, it’s about leveling up. - What’s one part of my business that still depends on heroics?
If your success depends on you “pulling one more late night,” you don’t have a system. You have a sprint. - What would 20% fewer clients, but 30% higher prices — look like?
This is straight from Your Business Growth Playbook. Fewer clients, higher quality, better margins. Profit gives you freedom. - What’s a decision I’ve been avoiding for months?
Growth is often waiting on the decision you keep delaying. You already know what it is — you just need to act. - What do I actually want my business to give me?
Freedom? Time? Impact? There’s no wrong answer. But if you’ve never defined it, you’ll never design it.
When you’re stuck, these questions do what no “hack” can — they slow you down just long enough to see clearly again.
In Your Business Growth Playbook, I call this “stepping back to speed up.”
Because sometimes, the fastest way forward is to pause.
Getting unstuck doesn’t start with a new strategy.
It starts with better questions.
The answers won’t just move your business forward — they’ll remind you why you built it in the first place.
