As a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA), she learned American Sign Language (ASL) before English, a background that shaped her lifelong passion for communication and inclusion. She currently serves as a top-producing agent at Compass and is consistently ranked among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide.
Maria is the founder of Uptown Realty Group, Gallucci Homes, and ASL Realty, a national platform that connects Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients with ASL-fluent real estate agents. Her mission is to ensure that underrepresented communities are seen and respected throughout the home buying and selling process. She also founded the ASL @ Compass affinity group to support fluent agents and improve housing accessibility for the signing community.
Her expertise spans a wide range of real estate services, including residential sales, new construction, land, and duplex developments. Beyond standard transactions, Maria is an active investor who provides marketing and sales strategies for builders and helps families navigate complex property opportunities.
